1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or joining a programme or membership offered by Whole Woman Lab ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site or purchase from us.
2. What We Offer
Whole Woman Lab provides educational wellness content and self-awareness tools inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda, including but not limited to: the Archetype Map (a paid root-cause assessment and educational report), the free Eastern Medicine Quiz, Root Cause Club (a monthly educational membership), and Whole Woman Academy (a yearlong educational programme). Specific inclusions, pricing, and access details for each offer are described on their respective pages at the time of purchase.
3. Not Medical Advice
Nothing on this website, in any report, assessment, lecture, or community space is medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Our assessments and educational materials reflect patterns and tendencies based on your self-reported answers — they do not measure lab values, hormone levels, or mineral levels, and they are not a clinical diagnostic workup. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue any medical treatment because of something you read or were told through Whole Woman Lab.
4. Purchases & Payment Processing
Payments for our products and programmes are processed through third-party payment processors (currently Razorpay). We do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of our payment processor.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Archetype Map: because your report is generated specifically for you upon purchase, all sales are final.
- Root Cause Club: a monthly membership, cancel anytime — cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid.
- Whole Woman Academy: refund and cancellation terms are as described at the time of enrollment.
If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at mail@wholewomanlab.com and we'll look into it.
6. Third-Party Services
Some parts of our offerings are hosted or delivered through third-party platforms — for example, Skool (Root Cause Club community), Tally (Free Quiz), and our payment processor. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which have their own separate terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our paid products — including text, reports, lectures, worksheets, graphics, and educational materials — is the property of Whole Woman Lab and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or repurpose our content without our written permission.
8. Community Guidelines
If you join Root Cause Club, Whole Woman Academy, or any community space we offer, you agree to treat other members and our team respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any member from a community space for harassment, sharing of others' personal health information without consent, or other conduct that disrupts the space for other members.
9. Age Requirement
Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from or use Whole Woman Lab.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our website and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, result, or experience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whole Woman Lab and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continuing to use this website or our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
