No. Existing reports are reviewed in the first session. Additional testing is suggested as per case analysis.
For chronic cases of PCOS, Fibroids, Autoimmune diseases, Chronic blood deficiency, Endometriosis, chronic inflammation or anxiety - 6-month program is the right fit.
Nutrition is THE base. Supplements are used once the nutrition groundwork is set right. Mineral balancing involves supplementation as we proceed with the case.
Lab costs are not included in the program fee. Labs will be ordered through your GP (general physician) or a third party testing lab. You will receive a test list & lab recommendations from us to run the panels written for you.
Yes. WhatsApp text support is included for the full duration of the program during the working hours. No meal revisions/modifications will be made over text. No "quick fix" or "band-aid" approach is a part of the program.
No pauses or extensions are allowed unless there is a medical emergency. Renewals can always be discussed over text/during appointments.
We primarily use functional blood work with an inclusion of HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) tests in practice. In 9/10 cases DUTCH/GI map - is not required.
Nutrition is tailored as per the client's constitution, intention outlined, eating history & the regional location. No one size fits all. Meat is omitted for a vegan patient.
Symptomatic shifts are seen within 3-4 weeks of program implementation. For lab markers & chronic illness to transform it often take 5-6months.

No, outside food options- are only suggested as a part of life - when you are with your loved ones, celebrating or treating yourself. Not as a weekly ritual. Especially in cases of chronic illness & inflammation- outside food/takeaways is not added as part of the program. We equip you with eating guide during travels but not as an active part of life.
